How it works
Most web companies want a deposit before you see anything. We work the other way around.
We build it first
We build a complete website for your business — your services, your location and hours, your reviews — before you pay a dime.
You look it over
We send you a private preview link. Take your time. Show your family, your staff, your accountant. No pressure, no obligation.
Pick a plan, go live
Like it? Choose a monthly plan and we launch on your domain — usually within a week. Don't like it? We take it down. No hard feelings.
We keep it running
Hosting, security, backups, updates, and your changes — new photos, new services, new hours — handled every month. Email us; it gets done.
Flat monthly plans. Website included.
No build fee. No hourly surprises. Every plan includes your website, hosting, SSL security, backups, and a real person in Reno making your changes.

Wix Business is about $36/mo and you do the work. Essentials ($99) is the done-for-you version. Standard ($179) adds Google Business Profile management — where most local customers actually find you.
Where does your website stand?
Your website has one job: when someone Googles your business, it convinces them to choose you — not the competitor down the street.
The site you have now
Slow, dated, or missing
A potential customer searches your name, finds a site from 2014 that takes eight seconds to load on their phone — or finds nothing at all. They go with the competitor that has the reviews and the real website. You never even know you lost them.
Your site with Sierra Web Care
Fast, current, found
A modern site that loads instantly on a phone, shows what you offer, where you are, and what your customers say about you — and stays up to date, because keeping it that way is literally our job. One new customer can pay for months of the service.
Why a Reno company matters
Big website chains and AI site builders can spit out a page. Here's what they can't do.
We know your market
Sites built around what people in Reno and Sparks actually search — your services, your neighborhood, your name — not generic filler shipped from a template farm.
You can reach us
Email or call and a person in Reno answers — someone you can meet for coffee, not a ticket queue in another time zone. Site down? Same-day response, every plan.
We answer the bus question
Business owners ask us: "What happens to my site if something happens to you?" Fair question. Your domain and content are yours in writing, everything is documented, and there's a continuity plan. Ask us — we'll show you.
Straight answers
What's the catch with the free website?
No catch — just a straight trade. We build the site free because we make our money on the monthly plan. In exchange, plans run a 6-month initial term so the build is worth our while. After that it's month-to-month. If you ever leave, your domain and content go with you.
I already have a website. Is this still for me?
Probably — most sites we replace are slow on phones, missing security, or haven't been touched in years. We'll run a free inspection on your current site and show you the numbers side by side. If your site's actually in good shape, we'll tell you that too.
What counts as a "change"?
The everyday stuff: new photos, updated hours, price changes, adding a service, swapping out team photos, announcing something new. Email it to us and it's done within a few business days, depending on your plan. Bigger projects — a full redesign, online booking, e-commerce — get a simple fixed quote.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain name, your content, your photos, and your data — always, and it's in the agreement. We own the tools we use to run it. If you leave after your initial term, you take your content with you.
How fast can I be live?
Usually within a week of signing up. If we've already sent you a preview, most of the work is done — we connect your domain, verify your business details, and launch.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local, service-oriented small businesses across Reno and Sparks — contractors and home services, shops, studios, offices, and everything in between. If your customers find you on Google, we can build a site that wins that moment.
See your new website before you spend a dollar
Paste your current website. We'll inspect it, build a full preview of your new one, and hand you the link. One preview per site. If you don't like it, walk away. That's the whole risk.
